Since launching Conversations in 2022 we have made several improvements including adding the notification count and alerts, adding conversations to Time Entries, Marking Items as Unread and Automated Emails for Unread Feed Items.
Good news! We have made another improvement by allowing you to add a hyperlink to your conversations!
With the introduction of the Key Metric Widget we promised additional improvements and asked you to keep sending us your ideas. Good news! We have delivered on this promise! You can now apply different colours to your Key Metrics based on certain conditions or ranges.

Since launching Conversations in 2022, it’s become a popular collaboration feature among project teams. So, we’ve added an improvement that will make your day-to-day life easier, specifically for capturing Time Entries. You’ll notice that when the “Items I updated this week” filter under Options is applied on the Time Entries page, your time sheet is pre-populated with items where you’ve started or replied to a Conversation, in addition to the entity updates.
Ever lose track of time and experience a session time out and lose data? Well, you’re not the only one and we’ve got you covered! Now, with our latest feature, you can easily get back to what you were working on as PPO now remembers and restores your data on add and edit pages for 24 hours.

We spent most of 2022 encouraging our users to log new product ideas and accelerating the development of new features. This allowed us to fine tune existing functionality and introduce new features – all based on valuable user feedback. From List Widget, Chart Widget, Conversations & Feed Widget, Business Intelligence (BI) API and Exporting your PPO lists in one click, we hope that you’re finding value in these awesome enhancements.
The table widget (that’s the widget that brought you improved filtering on list pages) is one of our core widgets and based on user feedback, we’ve added the ability to filter all list Pages using RAG (Red, Amber & Green) fields. Plus, this improvement extends to the chart widget! You can now add charts using RAG fields to your list pages.
At the start of the year, we made a commitment to accelerate the development of new features and enhancements to ensure that the product keeps moving forward. Our DevOps team has been working tirelessly to bring new features, some small but all mighty in improving your user experience. The journey started with the introduction of our first widget which brought you interactive Gantt views, improved filter controls, improved formatting and general usability improvements. There’s no question that 2022 was a year of awesome new features but let’s recap some of our more recent enhancements.
Our widget journey continues with the introduction of the interactive donut and tree map chart widgets. These new widgets make it easier for users to visualise their data in the list with less clicks. You’ll of course still have access to dashboards for graphical representation of your data.
