Scheduling report mailers is a feature that has been around for a couple of years now. I’ll assume for just a minute that not everyone is aware of this time-saving feature. This feature automates the scheduling of existing PPO reports or dashboards to a specified list of users at a defined frequency (daily, weekly, monthly, etc.). Instead of manually generating reports every time you need it, this feature replaces the manual work to deliver project status reports, EXCO portfolio reports and Alerts and Reminders to user’s inboxes right on time! Until now, this piece of functionality was set up and maintained by the PPO support ninjas but that’s about to change! Now PPO Admins with right access of course, can set up and maintain report mailers from within PPO’s Administration menu.
Now that we’re all on the same page with how Report Mailers work, check out this short video to set these up yourself.

We do our very best to make PPO better each and every day, so we’d love to hear your feedback on this latest enhancement.
Awesome feature. Something to think about is for users to build their own report by choosing menu items to be added on a dashboard. Thank would be a feature.
Thanks for the feedback! Not sure if you’ve seen the BI API feature released this past week which allows users to build their own reports and dashboards?
