iTWeb’s Informatica series includes a yearly publication entitled “ICT in Financial Services”. This year’s edition includes an article entitled “Getting Project Management right within the financial sector” based on interviews conducted with our CEO, Guy Jelley.

Currently within the financial sector First National Bank, Nedbank and SABRIC all use Post Vision’s Project Portfolio Office application. Furthermore, Post Vision’s directors and consultants have managed projects and established project offices within Nedbank, ABSA, First National Bank and Investec.

The article addresses the challenge that most financial services firms experience is the creation of a single enterprise project office that adds value to the organisation.
