As a PPO Administrator, you no longer need to open a new administration tab just to navigate to a selected filter or a custom list within a dependency—we’ve streamlined the process to save you a few extra clicks!
It’s all about the “View”
Previously, we introduced the “View” hyperlink, allowing administrators to quickly access custom lists linked to data fields without navigating away from their current view.
Now, we’ve extended this functionality to even more areas within the administration side of PPO, including:
- Viewing parent and child custom lists used within a dependency.
- Checking the filters applied to your weekly report mailer.
- Accessing filters used on list-type data fields such as Project, Programme, Employee, and Entity.
This enhancement makes it even easier for PPO Administrators to manage and navigate data efficiently within the Administration menu.
